Chuck Hucks Up

This is just plain weird. They both seem to be saying weird things. If Mike Huckabee doesn't want to run anymore he should just bow out gracefully, not say stupid things until he has nowhere left to go.
What if Oprah Winfrey and Barack Obama acted like this about Hillary Clinton?

I left this comment over at Maritime, but the same goes for you...

No one questions your right to change your mind and back whomever you'd like for office, but the fact that you've gone from supporter to a member of the Mike Huckabee hit squad is surreal. It's unbelievable that you've swallowed the rhetoric of his political ememies and are now piling on a good and decent man.

That's good, because I never asked for anyone's permission.

"but the fact that you've gone from supporter to a member of the Mike Huckabee hit squad is surreal."
What is surreal is how Mike Huckabee's personality and campaign has changed.
There is no hit squad or "right wing conspiracy."

"It's unbelievable that you've swallowed the rhetoric"
There is no rhetoric, only truth.

"now piling on a good and decent man."
I'm not piling on anything. I am just bringing things to light. Did you even watch the video? Does that look like the actions of a good and decent man?

Mac,

What I find funny is how some Huckabee supporters will get viscous and name call when his record is brought up, but see no problem with him calling other candidates deceitful and responding to legitimate questions with crude jokes, while at the same time allow his supporters to run around issuing religiously bigoted comments, push polls, literature and have his campaign staff threatening to knock out other candidate's teeth. Now you may be willing to support a candidate who acts like he is in junior high, but don't expect the rest of us to drink that Kool-Aid.

Good people like Michigan Redneck actually look at the issues and the character of the people running. I would hope that you would do the same.
