This has got to be one of the best videos I have seen of Fred Thompson. He has no funny business, just straight to the point and authoritative.
Notice how Mike Huckabee stared at him, in awe? Ah, if a picture really is worth a thousand words. Mike Huckabee looked like a school boy taking notes from the teacher or the protege admiring the mentor. To me Mike's little mind was saying, "Gee Fred really knows his stuff. Let me take notes and spin that to use as my own."

we need someone like him in the office....it's a shame he won't win.first of all he has to run for the office and i don't think he's even trying! another ross perot who will steal votes from other candidate and get hillary or osama bin ladin elected! if either of those two are elected...this country is done!!!
I am not ruling Fred Thompson out. He is running for office, he just ain't ass kissing to the media. He is being himself and talking about issues. I hope you aren't nicknaming Barack Obama as "Osama Bin Laden", because of his middle name. That is immature and childish.
