Mike Huckabee on Fox and Friends!

Waiting for Mike Huckabee to come on. Did anyone catch Mitt Romney stealing (sort of) Mike Huckabee's Edwards haircut joke? Mike Huckabee did get 18% of the post debate votes, following Ron Paul at 33%, Rudy Giuliani at 15%.
Now I think he will be on.
Yup.
Gretchen is asking him about his humor. She wants to know if it is natural. He says maybe he gets it from his dad. He says his dad was funny.
On terrorism it's like a weed and is comparing dealing with it like a farmer. A farmer needs to focus on more than just the weeds.
About Fred Thompson's announcement. Mike says that if he wants to join in the race he needs to join in on debates with the rest of the candidates. Mike thinks if Fred was serious he should have been on stage last night.
On his momentum. Support is up 3 times. Donations are coming in faster.

Well now I am trying to stay awake for the Blogger's Conference Call. I did RSVP, just recently. I may be banned now. I don't know. We'll see.

God Bless from the Upper Peninsula in Michigan!

I woke up an hour early to catch it. I'll let you know tonight when I post video of it on YouTube.

Kathy - Great question! I hope that Mike's answer during the call let you refill your Huckabee tanks! Listen to the little things that he says... he is concerned about the dignity of each individual... that in itself is leaps and bounds above the Rudy McRomney's, and the "Shut up!" Fred Thompsons of the campaign... Mike Huckabee is the same guy, caring about the same issues. I agree that he needs to be more aggressive in ending debate on the war and bringing up social issues... but he is the same great guy! Keep the faith! Mike is the right guy to back!

Yes, hearing his answer did help out immensly. Ironically, the question about welfare I asked during the blogger call is the same question I sent in to FOX news for a debate question. I didn't target any specific candidate. I wanted to see if anyone would have a "Miss Teen South Carolina" moment and who would answer it with the same ease that Mike did today.

Yeah, I submitted three questions, but it looked as if FoxNews had it's own agenda!

Oh well... Perhaps one day the people will really have a voice in questioning the candidates!
