Mike Huckabee IS a CONFIRMED speaker at the Mackinac Republican Leadership Conference!!!!

This post originally posted on 8/20/07 @ 6:44PM. The time for the Huckabee/Romney luncheon has been changed since original posting to 12:30PM-2:00PM.

People of Michigan, lookout. Here comes the next President of the United States, Mike Huckabee!!! He will be attending the Mackinac Island Conference, on September 21-23. I can not tell y'all how excited I am to hear this. As I do every day, twice a day, since the Straw Poll results, I checked over at the Conference website to see if Mike is on the list, then get disappointed that he wasn't on the list of speakers. Now I am no longer disappointed. More to come later.
God Bless all you Michiganders, thank you to Saul Anuzis and the Huckabee campaign, from the Upper Peninsula in Michigan!
PS I took a gorgeous pic of the island this sunny UP afternoon. I was having problems with adding pics to my computer. I will add the pic as soon as possible.

Wouldn't that be awesome if Mike Huckabee got to be the officiating pastor at the Sunday service? A girl can only dream.
While y'all know how I feel about Mitt Romney, this is probably the best speaking partner for Mike Huckabee, at least in Michigan. Remember Mitt was born in Michigan and his dad was the former governor. Mitt will bring in the most attendance. Mike will have a large audience to listen him.
If you are from Michigan please sign up, especially if you are a Mike Huckabee supporter. When you first click on you will get a security warning. Read it then click below. If you are tight on money and worried about spending money at a hotel you can stay in St. Ignace or Mackinac City and just ferry back and forth. Depending on the room rate, it may be cheaper. You will be provided one ticket per person with your packet. An extra ticket will cost you about $21.00 per person. Don't take Arnold Line. They are owned by Democrats. Sheplers and Star Line are your best bet.
