Shut Yo' Mouth Chris Mathews

There is a good article about Mike Huckabee in The Times Record of Fort Smith, Ark. about Mike Huckabee. It is a review of his performance at the debate. Many people had praise for him, such as Rich Galen and Mike Steele. Rich Galen is a former advisor to former vice president Dan Quayle and Newt Gingrich. Mike Steele is the former lieutenant governor of Maryland.

Except Chris Mathews had to keep dissing on Mike Huckabee. First he harassed Mr. Huckabee at the first debates. Now he has said of the John Edwards comment that he thought the comment was prepared in advance. He said, " It is an embarrassment that they have to come up with these jokes." He claimed this was pandering on the part of Mr. Huckabee. Pish. Would he say the same thing if it were one of the big name money boys that had said anything nearly half as funny? He would probably praise them.

What crawled up Chris Mathews butt and died? First he harassed Mike Huckabee at the first debates, now he has to dis on him for a comment that got great reviews and national attention. Did he not hear the laughter and applause? There is no way that was statement rehearsed. Mr. Huckabee would not have been able to make such a good delivery if that were the case.

According to Rich Galen, "He has vaulted himself. He has to be taken serious", said of Mike Huckabee. From Micheal Steele, "You saw, in my view, an expansion from three to four." This is in regards as to the top-tier positions. So if smart observant people such as these two gentleman can see what a great asset to this country Mike Huckabee will be, why can't Chris Mathews?
