From the beginning. Fred Thompson criticized Mikey "no Moore" for making a movie called "Sicko". I guess this is Mikey's autobiographical documentary? Actually it has something to do with praising Cuba's health care system. Mikey challenged Mr. Thompson to a debate about Cuba's health care and Thompson's love of Cuban cigars.
