Guns, Gays and Abortion, Oh My!

Years ago, long before my time, these things were never a part of politics. Now that they are there is no going back. So the American public needs to look at not who is saying what, but who is saying these things because it is their belief instead of trying to appease everyone. Mike Huckabee is an avid hunter who believes in gun rights. He was the first elected official in the state of Arkansas to get a concealed gun permit. He doesn't support gay marriage or unions. While at the same time not judging them. He believes we are all God's creation and that the only one to judge over us is God himself. His pro-life stance has been consistent. The thing that really strikes out at me is that while a pastor he had talked to young girls who were going through unplanned pregnancies. He knew these girls had weighty issues to consider. How many of the other candidates could say this?
